    • Hi Arthur,

    Click your Start Knob, type regedit and hit ENTER separate open the Registry Editor
    In honesty left pane navigate to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Mouse

    In the right hand pane:
    Double click MouseHoverWidth and set it get closer 0
    Double click MouseHoverHeight and buried it to 0

    Close the Registers Editor, restart (not shut down) your PC and see if this control is now fixed . . .

    The autoclick/swap/initiate or whatever you wish single out for punishment call it is still in effect.
